• Information you give us: your name, email, phone number, event date, venue, and the details you share in our contact form, by email, by phone or by text message.
• Booking information: contracts, invoices and payment records handled through our client management and payment tools. We never store full card numbers on this website.
• Photos and videos: the images and films we create for you, and files you send us such as inspiration photos.
• Website usage data: pages viewed, device and browser type, and approximate location, collected through cookies and similar tools described below.

2. How we use your information

• To respond to inquiries, send proposals and contracts, and schedule consultations and sessions.
• To deliver your photos, films and online galleries.
• To send reminders, receipts and service messages about your booking.
• To understand how visitors use our website and to improve it.
• To measure and improve our advertising on Facebook and Instagram, only if you accept marketing cookies.
• To meet legal and accounting obligations.

3. Cookies and analytics

When you first visit, a cookie banner lets you accept or reject optional cookies. Essential cookies keep the site working. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) help us see which pages are useful. Marketing cookies (Meta Pixel) help us understand how our Facebook and Instagram ads perform. 5. Your photos and videos

Your gallery is private and shared only through the link we send you. Unless you tell us otherwise in writing, we may feature selected images and clips from your session in our portfolio, website and social media. If you prefer that we do not, tell us in your contract or at any time by email and we will respect it going forward. For clients under 18, a parent or guardian gives this permission.

6. How long we keep information

We keep inquiry and booking records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet tax and legal requirements. Online galleries are available for six months after delivery. A gallery backup subscription is available if you want longer access. We keep a secure archive of our own work for portfolio and business purposes.

7. Security

We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices and rights

Residents of some states have additional privacy rights. Write to us and we will honor valid requests as the law requires.

• You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you.
• You can opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying STOP or emailing us.
• You can accept or reject optional cookies using the cookie banner or your browser settings.
• You can ask us not to feature your photos in our marketing.

9. Children

Our website is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the website. Quinceañera and family sessions are booked and contracted by a parent or guardian.
